We had a chef come cook the whole meal for our family in Anaheim instead of everyone crammed in the kitchen all day like usual. Best decision. 14 people, turkey came out perfect, sides were all made from scratch, and he even adjusted a couple dishes for someone in our family with allergies without any issue. For the first time in years my mom actually got to sit down and enjoy the holiday. We're doing Christmas with him too. Close

Group of us rented a house in Laguna for a friend's birthday and had him cook dinner one night instead of dealing with reservations for 10 people on a Saturday. Coastal menu, seafood was great, he ran the whole thing solo without breaking a sweat. Would do it again in a heartbeat.
