Chef Johnathan McCloskey is a Southern California–based private chef and hospitality professional with a passion for creating elevated dining experiences that feel both refined and deeply personal. With years of experience spanning premium dining, large-scale food & beverage operations, and luxury guest service, Johnathan brings a unique blend of culinary creativity and high-level hospitality to every table. His approach to food is rooted in storytelling — combining seasonal ingredients, nostalgic inspirations, and thoughtfully curated menus designed to create memorable experiences for every guest.

Throughout his career, Johnathan has worked within the Disney hospitality realm, including Blue Bayou and Premium Services, where attention to detail, personalized service, and exceptional guest experiences are held to the highest standard. Prior to transitioning into private dining and event experiences, he also served as an Executive Chef and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager within professional sports hospitality, overseeing high-volume culinary operations serving thousands of guests nightly. Today, Johnathan combines those experiences to offer intimate private dinners, themed culinary events, and customized menus that bring people together through unforgettable food, hospitality, and atmosphere.
